Knowledge Scope Dropdown
If administrators have set up Knowledge Scopes in Genie Admin settings, a Knowledge Scope dropdown will now appear in SearchAI!
- At least two Knowledge Scopes need to be configured for the dropdown to be visible.
- If only one is configured, the Knowledge Scope will be automatically applied but not displayed to users!
Knowledge Scopes enable users to focus searches on specific content collections that have been curated by admins with boosted and filtered results!
SearchAI Feedback
SearchAI users can now provide detailed feedback for their administrators when rating SearchAI answers.
- When users rate SearchAI answers with a thumbs up or down, a dialog will appear where optional comments can be added.
This user sentiment feedback becomes available in analytics, and gives administrators better insights into how search is performing for their users, and where knowledge scope adjustments might help improve answers.
