Why can't I submit more Coaching Takes?

Coaching Activity creators and Challenge Administrators may implement an optional setting that will limit the number of Takes a participant may create. 

The aim of this setting is to better prepare the participants for real life scenarios as if they are walking into a call with a live customer.

 

To Limit the number of Takes in a Coaching Activity:

1. Enter the Edit mode of the Coaching activity.

2.Select More, from the menu options at the top center of the page.

3. Check the box for Take Limit.

4. You may manually type in the desired number of Take limits, or select the arrows to increase or decrease the number.

5. Press Save to store changes. 

 

 

Please Note:

* The Takes are different from the actual Submissions. Takes are their versions of recordings/uploaded files before they select the Submit button.

* If there is a limited number of takes enabled, this will also prevent the participant from deleting any of their Takes.

* Currently, the participant will not be notified of the activities' total Take limits until they have exceeded their total takes.  It may be beneficial to note the limit in the activity instructions, to reduce frustration or confusion from the participants.
