Extensions are typically used to add features, expedite page access, and enhance the functionality of a website. They can also be used to remove unwanted website elements such as pop-up ads and features such as auto-play for online videos.
Some extensions can lead to connectivity issues or errors while using the Brainshark platform for viewing, content creation, or recording processes. We recommend disconnecting from these for optimal results.
The process to disable extensions will vary depending on which web browser is in use.

Note: In some instances, the functionality to disable extensions may be blocked for company-supplied devices. We recommend connecting with your internal IT department for assistance with this.
