How to contact the Presentation Author

Overview

Brainshark does not create the content that is viewed through our system - our customers create and manage their own content. 

If you have questions about the information that was included in a presentation, you may contact the presentation author directly while viewing the presentation (if they have enabled the option) by following these steps:

1. Select the ellipsis icon in the bottom right of the Brainshark Player console:
2. Choose "Submit a question"

*Note: If you do not see the "Submit a question" option, the author of the presentation has not enabled this feature.
