Brainshark has comprehensive search abilities to allow users to help easily identify the presentation(s) they are searching for. Some examples of places where we conduct searches include:
- Home and My Content tabs
- Merge content, when you "Search for" Presentations to borrow content from
- Reporting, when searching for presentations that you want to be included in your report results
- Private Content Portal
To run a standard search from the Presentations application:
- Enter desired text into the textbox on the upper right of the Presentations landing page
- Select the Search button
The following fields are included when searching for presentations in Brainshark:
- Presentation title
- Presentation ID #
- Presentation description
- Slide title type ahead does not work but hitting enter returns results
- Author name
- Folder name
- Chapter titles type ahead does not work but hitting enter returns results
- Tag descriptions
- Topic descriptions
- Filters
- Folder search: type ahead does not work but hitting enter returns results
- Tag search: type ahead does not work but hitting enter returns result
- Presentation Duration (in seconds) type ahead does not work but hitting enter returns result
