How do I access a presentation that requires username and password?

Overview

Some authors require login credentials in order to view a presentation. 

If you receive a login page when trying to view a presentation, it is because the author has restricted access to the presentation; you will need to login to use your credentials to that Brainshark site in order to view the presentation. 

Deactivating the login requirement for your presentation

1. Edit your presentation

2. Click the Gear icon

3. Click on the Access menu

4. Check or Uncheck the box for Require viewers to be logged in to view presentation as needed

5. Click Save
