When recording in Brainshark's tools your microphone must be enabled although it can be muted.
We recommend uploading videos with these ranges in mind (these are what work best but are not hard limits):
- Video Bitrate 512kbps-3000kbps
- Audio Bitrate 48kbps-128kbps
- Resolution 180p-720p (high resolutions may work as well)
- Audio Sample Rate 44.1khz-48khz
At this time, there is no functionality that allows the selection of multiple videos at once to be uploaded. Video files must be added one at a time.
