When recording in Brainshark's tools your microphone must be enabled although it can be muted.
When uploading videos to any area in Brainshark, the video must contain an audio stream. The stream can be empty but the audio stream must exist or the video will not process or convert correctly.
We recommend uploading videos with these ranges in mind (these are what work best but are not hard limits)
Video Bitrate 512kbps-3000kbps
Audio Bitrate 48kbps-128kbps
Resolution 180p-720p (high resolutions may work as well)
Audio Sample Rate 44.1khz-48khz
