Why did I not receive a view receipt after I viewed content I created?

When a Content Author views a piece of content they have created while logged into their Brainshark account, this is considered a preview of the content. By design, view receipts will not be generated from previews as these are not considered true "views" of the content.

If you are logged into your Brainshark account and wish to generate a view receipt from your viewing session, please view the content in either an incognito or private browsing window, or use a web browser separate from the one that you're logged into your Content Author account through.
