Can multiple people author the same presentation?

Traditionally, there can only be one author per presentation. However, there are some exceptions:

• Anyone with Company Administrator access to their Brainshark site will, in most cases, be able to edit anyone’s content within that site.
• Authors can also, in many cases, request guest audio authors. This primarily allows those who have not authored the presentation or who are not even Brainshark users to add voice recordings to the presentation. However, in some cases, this can also be used to allow non-authors to engage in a Guest Create request, where they actually create content for the presentation.
• Finally, presentations can be authored for personalization, whereby a presentation author can allow others with authoring access to the folder where the content lives, to either replace certain slides in the presentation or add their own slides to the presentation.
