How do I run a browser trace in Safari?

Safari browser trace steps

1. Select Develop at the top of your screen
2. Click Show Web Inspector
   
3. Click over to the Network tab within the console
4. Check the box next to Preserve Log
5. Navigate or have the user navigate the pages until the issue occurs 
6. Click Export to save the trace as an HAR file on your computer
   
7. Send the resulting file to the Support team as an attachment
