What is the Course Catalog? 

The Course Catalog is a section that can be accessed under the Learning tab that displays all the available Active Courses that are set to Open Enrollment.

To add a course to the Course Catalog: 

  1. Navigate to Learning
  2. Select Authoring, then select My Courses & Curriculums in the dropdown menu
  3. Locate the course you wish to update and select the three vertical dots under the Actions column
  4. Select Edit Course
  5. Under the Course Information tab scroll down to Enrollment: and set it to Open 
  6. Click Submit

Any user will be able to view and enroll themselves in all content located in the course catalog unless your company has the setting, "Require 'View' permissions for courses and curriculums within the catalog" turned on.
