How do I see my tickets opened with Bigtincan Support?

In order to see your tickets with Support, you will need to log in to your account. To do this, go to https://help.bigtincan.com/hc/en-us and sign in.

If you do not have an account with Bigtincan Support (or previously via Brainshark Support), you can create one by doing the following:

  1. Click the Sign in button near the top-right
  2. Select Get a password if you've previously communicated with Bigtincan Support
  3. Enter the required information and select Sign Up/Submit
  4. Follow the instructions sent to you via email to verify your credentials

Once registered, you can access your open Support tickets by selecting your name in the top-right corner and choosing My activities from the drop-down menu (see below):
