Brainshark company accounts are maintained by users with the Company Administrator role.
Company Administrators fully own and operate the maintenance of users and security; including adding users, setting up folders, running viewer reports, creating trainings, setting criteria, and determining company setting preferences.
Company Administrators are not Brainshark/Bigtincan employees, but rather individuals who work with the organization that acquired the Brainshark company account. We at Bigtincan only provide the platform.
For security purposes, Brainshark Support does not access to site wide setting information nor can we make company-wide changes on behalf of a Company Administrator. Bigtincan Support is never able to directly create user profiles, modify permissions, or make changes to settings or completion criteria.
If you are responsible for administering your company's Brainshark site, we suggest you take a few minutes to become certified as a Brainshark administrator through our Help and Training portal.
