How do I request a Brainshark user account for my company's site?

For security reasons, Bigtincan does not add users to Brainshark client accounts. You must contact your Brainshark Company Administrator to be added as a user to your company's account.

If you do not know who your company administrator is:

  1. Please contact Bigtincan Support 
  2. Brainshark Support will then reach out to your Company Administrator requesting they reach back out to you directly to advise further on creating an account.
  3. Brainshark Support will continue to follow up until your account is created, or the Company Administrator has provided additional information.

If your Company Administrator creates your account we strongly recommend visiting our Training portal to view helpful videos on how to use Brainshark.
