This error is due to one of the following:
- The Company who owns the presentation has put viewing restrictions in place for that presentation.
OR - There are network limitations preventing you from viewing the presentation (ex. firewall restrictions)
Brainshark allows companies to set increased security options to prevent unauthorized viewing of proprietary or confidential information. Most access to these presentations is restricted to viewing from within your company's network using IP address restrictions. You will need to access the content within the restrictions set by your company's administrator.
Alternatively you may have a personal firewall or other network restrictions that may be interfering. You should configure your firewall to allow content from Brainshark (or work with your company IT administrator if applicable).
