Editing StorySlab Users

When editing a StorySlab user, you can change their first and last name, email address, phone number, password, profile(s), group(s) and/or deactivate them. 

Note that changing the user's email address and/or password will log them out of the app. 

User Inbound Email token:

• This allows users to email themselves files for use within the "My Files" section of the app.
• Only reset this token if the user requests you to do so. Requires StorySlab platform version 3.11 (iPad), 4.x (Windows) or later.

Profile:

• Changing their profile will change which content is visible to them in the app. (This requires that they connect their device to Wi-Fi and run the app in order to update the visible content.) 

Groups:

• User groups can be edited at any time and only affect analytics and communication.
