What is the purpose of Tag Groups and Tags?
Tag groups and tags allow content to be filtered based on a specific tag within a tag group with in the app. Once a tag group is created with tags, assets can be tagged within the CMS.
Tag Groups
These tag groups will be visible in the folder and asset details pages.
To create a tag group:
Customization --> Tag Groups --> Add Tag Group
Add a description about the group.
Tags
Once a group has been created, tags for the group can be created.
To create tags for a particular user tag group:
Customization --> Tags
Select the Tag Group that you would like to add tags to by clicking SPECIFICATION next to the tag search field and select your desired tag group from the list and hit Apply to filter tags within a tag group. From there, you can add, edit, or delete tags.
Click Add Tag to begin creating tags for that group.
