When content is shared from the app or a new CMS user is created, the system generates an email.

To configure the text within these messages:

Customization --> Region

Select your region (Default Region is default) by clicking on the pencil icon:

To add a region, press the "ADD REGION" button and enter the required fields:

1) Region Name

2) Language

Press Save

In the edit region screen, select "Regional Email Settings" on the left navigation menu:

Click on the type of email to configure and change the copy accordingly, but do not alter any copy within “< >.”

Here is an example of a message sent to a new CMS user with instructions about account activation:

Dear <RecipientFirstName>,

Below are the details to active your XYZ App iPad application. If you have not done so already, go to the iTunes App Store from your iPad and search XYZ App. Download this app and log in with the access credentials you provide after following the process below.

To Active your account <ClickHereAccountActivationHyperlink>. For security purposes, this link will expire in <ExpirationPeriod>.
