If you aren't sure where an Asset File is located, or can only partially remember the name of the Asset file, you can perform a search to find it.
You can perform a search from two places:
- the Home screen
- the Library screen
Note When you perform a search, the system will look for matches with the Asset title, description, and (if possible) the contents of the file itself. |
Home Screen
To perform a search from the Home screen, follow these steps:
- Tap on the Search icon in the top-right corner.
- Enter your search term or phrase, then tap Enter on your keypad.
- The system will look for your search term in the title of the file, the description, and the keywords associated with the file.

- The search results will be returned so you can select the file that you want to view.
- You can use the Filter function at the top-right of your screen to help you` narrow down the search results.

Library Screen
To search for an Asset from the Library screen, follow these steps:
- Tap on the Library tab on your top navigation bar.
- Tap on the Search icon, in the top-right corner.
- Enter your search terms and tap the Search icon (or press Enter) on your keypad.
- The screen will now display the items that matched your search criteria.
- You can use the Filters on the left side of your screen to help you narrow down the search results.
