Email a Group

A Group is a special tool enables you to collect Assets and store them in a private folder, which we call a "Group". You can optionally choose to send an email with a link to the Assets of this group.

To email all of the Assets within a Group, follow these steps:

1. Go to Groups. (By default, you will see the My Groups tab.)
2. Click on the Group Name that you want to share.
3. Click on the Share icon.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Select the Email option.
   
   
   
   
5. A menu will appear, which enables you to select the App you want to use to send your email.
   
   
   
   
   
6. Your email client will open, enabling you to type in the email addresses of the people you want to share the Assets with.
   
   

The email will auto-fill with the names and links of the assets. 

Note  The Links in the email are temporary, based on your company's settings. (Generally speaking, the links will work for 14-90 days, depending on your company's preferences.)
