Unable to view file

When tapping on an asset, you get this error:

If the file is an Adobe file (psd, ai, or eps),  it is not supported to view within the app. To view on the iPad, tap the share icon (highlighted in the image above) and then tap "Open In" option to open these files in other apps that support these file types.

If this is a zip file that has been loaded, please make sure that the contents with in the folder were zipped up and not the folder itself. Please see the instructions here.
