User Tag Groups and User Tags

User Tag Groups

These user tag groups will be visible in the user details pages. A specific user tag group can be made mandatory.

To create a user tag group:

Customization --> User Tag Groups --> Add User Tag Group

Add a description about the group under "Value"

Check the Mandatory box if you would like this field to be mandatory when creating or updating a user in the CMS.

User Tags

Once a group has been created, tags for the user group can be created.

To create a tag for a particular user tag group:

Customization --> User Tags

Select the User Tag Group that you would like to add the tags to by first selecting USER TAG GROUPS to pull up the list of available User Tag Groups and select which Tag Group you would like to add a tag to and hit Apply.

Click Add User Tag to begin creating tags for that group.
