Search for an Asset

If you aren't sure where an Asset is located, or can only partially remember the name of the Asset, you can perform a search to find it.

You can perform a search from two places:

• the Home screen
• the Library screen

Note When you perform a search, the system will look for matches with the Asset title, description, and (if possible) the contents of the file itself.

Home Screen

To search for an Asset from the Home screen, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Home tab on your top navigation bar.
2. Click on the Search icon, in the top-right corner, then enter your search terms and click the Search icon (or press Enter on your keyboard).
   
   
   
3. The screen will now display the items that matched your search criteria.
   

You can use the Filters on the left side of your screen to help you narrow down the search results.

Library Screen

To search for an Asset from the Library screen, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Library tab on your top navigation bar.
2. Click on the Search icon, in the top-right corner, then enter your search terms and click the Search icon (or press Enter on your keyboard).
   
   
   
3. The screen will now display the items that matched your search criteria.
