How come my changes in the DAM aren't showing up on the iPad?

There are 2 reasons for why that could be occurring:

  1. The CMS picks up changes every 24 hours from your DAM.
  • To see your changes right away, resave the asset in the CMS.
  • The DAM isn't showing that the asset has been updated so our CMS doesn't know that there has been a change.
    • Try resaving the asset in the CMS to see if that resolves the issue
