How to email one or multiple assets

Emailing a single asset 

1. To email a single asset, tap the Share icon (a box with an arrow coming out)
2. Tap email and the native email function of the iPad will enable

Emailing multiple assets from within a folder or library

1. Tap on the Share icon
2. Tap on the Add All or Select the assets you are interested in and tap Done.

Emailing multiple assets using groups

1. Tap on the Groups icon
2. Tap on the Add New Group field and name the group
3. Navigate to an asset or folder and tap the group icon
4. Tap on the name of the group you would like to add the folder or asset to
5. From the Groups home screen, tap the Share icon

**Depending on the size (in Mb’s) of the assets, the assets will be converted to links when sent via email
