Favorites

The Library > Favorites screen enables you to quickly access Assets that you use frequently, so that they are "bookmarked" for you to find them later:

While viewing the Favorites screen (shown below), you can instantly view all of the files you have added.

From here, you can

1. Add items to a Group
2. Perform a Search

Add items to a Group

The small Tile icon at the top-right of your screen enables you to add a Favorite to a Group.

What is a Group?  A Group is like a private folder, which enables you to collect and organize Assets that come from different Segments. Shared Groups are a Premium Feature on the imSMART platform and will enable you to share the contents of your group with people inside, or outside, of your company.

To add an item to a Group, follow these steps:

1. Go to Library > Favorites.
2. Tap on the Groups icon (at top-right).
3. Tap on the Group Name that you want to add files to.
4. Tap on "Select All" or Select, then choose your files.
5. Tap on the Done button.

You will now see your Assets added to the intended Groups.

Perform a Search

The small Tile icon at the top-right of your screen enables you to add a Favorite to a Group.

To perform a search, follow these steps:

• Go to Library > Favorites.
• Tap on the Search icon at the top-right of your screen (as shown below, at left).
• Enter your search term(s) (as shown below, at right).
• Tap the Enter/ Search button on the keypad for your device (in the lower right corner).
