Once the application has been downloaded, a user can reset their password from the login screen by tapping Forgot Password. This link will send the user to the Reset Password screen to enter their email address and this will generate an email from imSMART@comparenetworks.com to create a new password. This email is valid for only 24 hours from it’s original send time. If the password has not been reset in 24 hours, another Reset Password request will need to be generated.
Single Sign On (SSO) Tablet Users (those that don't have access to the CMS): You will need to contact your IT department if you have forgotten your password. This can't be updated in the CMS or from the app.
