Here are the common issues with Videos:
- Large file size
- Wrong File Format
- Video won't sync with the iPad
- Video loaded doesn't have sound (other videos in the app do)
- Video has sound but no picture
We recommend using handbrake (<-- links do download site) to covert the video file to a file that is optimized for the iPad. When converting the file over, please make sure to select the iPad preset on the right side. Once the file has been converted to an MP4, upload the video into the CMS.
