How do I update the app?

Note: All future releases/updates of the imSMART app require that you be on iOS 14 or above. Here are instructions on how to update.

If the imSMART app releases aren't managed internally, please visit the "App Store" app and follow these instructions. Otherwise, you will need to contact your App administrator or your IT department for more information.

How to manually update the app

1) Open the "App Store" app

2) Tap on "Today" on the bottom navigation bar

3) Tap on your profile icon on the top right of the screen

4) Scroll down to see pending updates

5) Tap Update next to the app you would like to update or tap Update All

To avoid having to do this every time there is a mandatory release, we recommend setting the tablet to automatically update.
