Can I set password requirements for my users?

Company Administrators can set password security to adhere to your corporate password security policy. You may set password length, complexity, and other security properties. 

 To set or change password requirements:

  1. Navigate to Administration via the user icon in the top right in Brainshark.
  2. Click Advanced Options, in the menu on the left hand-side.
  3. Next, select Login and passwords.
  4. Add or modify any of the requirements as needed for your Brainshark Site.
  5. When finished, click Save in the top right to save any changes made.
