You must be the author of the presentation, course, or curriculum you're looking to move, or be a Company Administrator to move content to other folders. In some instances, Learning Administrators and Folder Administrators may also be able to move content on behalf of the author.
To move a presentation from Content:
- Search for the content you'd like to move and hover over the thumbnail image.
- Hover over the ellipses (three dots) button that appears (see below), then select Folder and Move.
- Find and select the folder you want to move this content to from the dropdown.
- Click Apply to submit your changes.
To move courses/curriculums in Brainshark Learning:
- Navigate to Learning>My Courses & Curriculums via the header in Brainshark.
- Check off any course or curriculum you'd like to move using the checkboxes to the left of each row, then click the "Edit" pencil icon above this list (see below).
- Select the Change Folder dropdown menu on the window that appears, then select the destination folder.
- Click Apply to submit your changes.
To move presentations, courses, and curriculums as an administrator:
- Navigate to Administration via the user icon in the top right in Brainshark.
- Click Content, then Manage content from the menu on the left.
- Check off any content you'd like to move using the checkboxes to the left of each row, then select the "Edit" pencil icon above this list.
- Select the Move dropdown menu on the window that appears, then select the destination folder.
- Click Apply to submit your changes.
Note: You may move content to any folder where you have authoring permissions. Moving content removes it from the original folder and places it in the new folder - in other words, it does not make a copy of the content. The content retains all of its attributes (including presentation ID, course ID, etc.) so there is no need to redistribute the link or re-enroll any students.
