How do I create an Allow list Brainshark for Email Issues?

In order to ensure you are receiving emails your IT department will want to ensure Brainshark is Allow listed within your email inbox. This is the following information to provide your IT department.

  • Domain: *.brainshark.com and noreplies@brainshark.com
  • Email server IP:
    • 206.19.48.18 
  • Range: 
    • 206.19.48.0/25  
    • 206.19.48.1-127
  • Additional IP:
    • 12.130.6.107
    • 12.236.139.192/26

 

If you added the following IP addresses to your Allow list between 12/15/22 or after, please remove them:

    • 12.236.140.0/29
    • 12.104.162.104/29
    • 209.214.75.0/26
