How Do I Allow Authors to Upload their own Background Audio Files

Content authors will be able to upload their own background audio files if it is enabled by a Company Administrator. Only a Company Administrator will be able to enable this setting for the company site as a whole. 


To permit authors to upload background audio files:

  1. Select Administration from the top right drop down menu.
  2. Select Company from the left hand Settings Menu.
  3. Select Presentations from the drop down menu.
  4. Select Properties from the drop down menu
  5. Scroll down the page to review the Background Audio section.
  6. Enable the setting Allow authors to upload background audio files for use in their presentations by selecting Yes
  7. Select Save in the top right to submit any changes
