How do I set a company default player theme?

As a Company Administrator, you can choose to designate a default desktop Brainshark player theme for your organization.

To choose a default desktop player theme:

1. Navigate to Administration.
2. Under the left side Settings menu, select Company.
3. Select Presentations > Player and Viewer.
4. Click to select which theme you would like to use by default.
5. You can toggle the 'Allow authors to override default' button to allow authors to choose a different theme.
6. Select Save to store changes moving forward.
