How do I edit the new user email template?

The New User email template can only be updated by Company Administrators. This is the email that will go out when adding new users either individually or in bulk.

To edit the New User Email Template:

  1. Navigate to Administration.
  2. Click the Company menu on the left-hand side.
  3. In the new side menu options click Manage Templates, and then Email Template:
  4. Scroll down to the New User Email section and make your desired changes.
  5. Click Save.

NOTE: Below is the list of valid replacement parameters you may use in the email body. Please note that these values are case-sensitive.

  • {{FirstName}}
  • {{LoginDirectory}}
  • {{UserName}}
  • {{Password}}
  • {{CompanyName}}
