The above image will show if the user connects the Brainshark for Outlook to their Salesforce instance and then tries to search for something.
The plugin and addin requires that the Salesforce users/profiles have the ability to read the Email opt-out field
This is a field level security setting and it must be visible to the profile for the plugin to work correctly. The field does not need to be exposed on the page layout but the field itself must be set to visible.
