How do I find a list of all Folder Administrators in my site?

If you are a Company Administrator, you will be able to find a list of all Folder Administrators in your Brainshark site through the reporting tab.

To generate a list of all Folder Administrators:

  • Select the Reporting tab
  • In the left-hand menu under Standard Reports, select Administration
  • Select the Users by Folder report
  • Select the Report Options tab
  • Choose the main company folder and then select Include Subfolders
  • Select Run Report
  • In the CSV file generated, select column "H" titled "Administrator"
    • "Yes" in this column shows the user is a Folder Administrator
    • "No" in this column shows the user not a Folder Administrator
  • Filter this report to show only the word "Yes" in this column. After, the remaining list will show all Folder Administrators.
