Company Administrators and Learning Administrators will have direct access to modify user profile information. The administrators can also determine if an end-user will have access to modify their own user profile information.
If enabled by the administrator, the end-user would have access to modify their listed:
- Password
- Primary E-mail address
- Secondary E-mail address
- Title
- Department
- Phone
- Address (City, State, Country)
- Bio
- Website URL
- User photo
- Custom fields
To grant an end-user access to modify their own profile as an administrator:
- Select the Administration tab from the top right of the account
- Select Manage Users from the 'Users' section
- Search for the user profile & select the three dots (ellipses) under the corresponding 'Actions' column
- Select Edit Profile
- Scroll down the page to the User Privileges section
- Check the box for User can modify their own profile
- Press Submit to store changes moving forward
*Note: This will not grant the user access to adjust any permissions, assigned Brainshark roles, Unique Company Identifiers, nor the Username associated with the account
