To see a list of users and the groups to which they belong to, Company Administrators can run a Groups by User report. This report will list each user in alphabetical order.
Questions answered by this report
- What group is each user a member of?
- Were any inactive, or deleted users’ members of any groups?
Note: Even if you don’t create groups, you will have the “Administrators” and the “All Company Users” groups. Running this report periodically will help you to determine who else has administrative rights to your Brainshark site.
