As a Company Administrator, how can I find a specific course if Limited enrollment is enabled?

Since Limited enrollment courses will not show in the Course Catalog and users enrolled in the course will see it under My Enrollments, Company Administrators will be able to find a Limited enrollment course through Administration.

 

As a Company Administrator, follow the steps below to locate the Limited enrollment course:

  • Go into Administration
  • On the Content card, select Mange Content
  • Locate the course
  • Click the 3 vertical dots on the right hand side (Actions column)
  • Click Edit Course
  • The enrollment setting can be found towards the bottom of the course information page.

 

 *Note: Any user who is a group manager will be able to see all courses and curriculums within the course catalog.
