How do I enable the link to completion results for a Presentation?

Content authors and administrators can apply completion criteria to their presentations and courses. They also may wish to provide the viewers with direct access to review their progress in the training; in comparison to the set criteria. Brainshark provides the Link to completion results setting for this.

The Link to completion results would populate an option for the viewer to access a page that details their progress in meeting the set completion criteria. This will also display the results for the question slides they have already answered, and will also reflect the correct answers.

To enable this for a presentation, please navigate to:

1) Locate the presentation in the account.

2) Select the Pencil icon to enter the edit mode.

3) Check the box for Require viewers to complete presentation.

4) Select the Edit icon that populates to the left of the pencil icon.

There will be then two options for enabling the completion results. This can either be enabled through the completion indicator, or through completion branching.

To enable through the completion indicator:

  1. Under the Completion Criteria header, check the box for Display Completion Indicator in Viewer.
  2. Check the box that populates below this titled Link to Completion results.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and press Save to store changes moving forward.
