How to Manage Brainshark Communication Preferences

All user accounts have the ability to edit their Communication Preferences. These control what automated emails will arrive in your inbox. To edit your Brainshark communication preferences:

  • Log into your Brainshark account
  • Click on your username in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  • From the drop-down menu, select Edit Profile 
    *Note: If you do not see this option, your Company Administrator has not enabled the setting to allow users to edit their profile. You will need to contact your Company Administrator for assistance with editing your communication preferences.)
  • Scroll to the bottom of your profile and select Communication Preferences
  • Configure which settings you would like to have enabled (see below):mceclip0.png
  • Select Save

*Note: You may update these preferences at any time.
