How do I activate or deactivate view receipts in my user profile?

Brainshark users can elect to receive view receipt emails if they would like to be notified whenever a presentation they have shared has been viewed.

To activate or deactivate View Receipts in your user profile: 

  1. Select your username in the top right-hand corner of your Brainshark Portal
  2. Select Edit Profile  from the drop-down menu
  3. Scroll to the bottom of this page and select Communication Preferences    
  4.  Select or deselect the checkbox next to View Receipts
  5. Select Save

*Notes:

  • If you do not see the option to edit your profile this means all profile changes must be done by a Company Administrator. Please contact your Company Administrator to make these changes.
  • If view receipts are deactivated in your user profile, an Author may override this functionality by enabling view receipts in a presentation's settings.
