Resetting a Forgotten Password

Forgot your Veelo password? No problem. You can reset your password via the Veelo web app. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to your company’s Veelo URL. This URL typically has the following structure: https://yourorganizationname.veeloinc.com. If you're unsure what it is, ask your Veelo administrator.

    If your company doesn't have a custom URL, or if you can't remember what it is, simply go to https://home.veeloapp.com.
     
  2. From the Veelo login screen, click the Forgot your password? link.

     
  3. On the next screen, enter your e-mail address and click Reset Password. Within minutes, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password. If you don't see the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder to ensure it wasn't accidentally moved there. If the email isn't in the spam folder, contact your Veelo administrator for further instruction.

NOTE: If your company has single sign-on integration with Veelo, such Salesforce or Okta, these instructions will not apply. In those cases, your password management will have to go through Salesforce, Okta, or whatever other single sign-on identity provider has been integrated with Veelo.
