Managing your Conference Numbers

ClearSlide provides conference lines for over 80 countries. Pick and choose what you provide to your team based on where you do business.

Adding Dial-In Numbers

If you'd like to add to the list of numbers your team has access to, you'll need Admin permissions in ClearSlide.

So you're an admin... Follow the steps below to add new numbers for your team:

  1. Click here to access the Phone Conferencing page of your Admin Settings
  2. Select the country you'd like to add a number for from the dropdown menu
  3. Choose Local or Toll-Free (when applicable)
  4. Click "Add Number"

 

Removing Dial-In Numbers

Just in case you missed it, you need to be an Admin to manage your team's conference lines.

  1. Click here to access the Phone Conferencing page of your Admin Settings
  2. Find the number you'd like to remove in your list of activated dial-ins
  3. Click "Delete" to the right of the number

 

Disabling All Dial-In Numbers

This will remove all conference lines and VoIP dial-in options from your team's accounts.

  1. Click here to access the Phone Conferencing page of your Admin Settings
  2. Click "Disable conference calls" in the upper right
