Media Manager - Modus/Hubspot Integration

To integrate your Hubspot instance with Modus, administrators will want to proceed with the following steps: 

  • In Media Manager, go to Settings - Integrations and tap into the Integrations page:

 

  • Navigate to the Hubspot entry and tap the "Setup" button:

  • Enter your Hubspot ID (found under your Hubspot profile) and tap the "Authenticate" button:

  • On the Hubspot authorization page, choose your account to authenticate and tap "Choose Account":

  • Hubspot will authenticate the access and users will be taken to the Modus-Hubspot integration page.  To set up the triggers, tap the "Add Triggered Action" button:

  • Next, set up your Modus to Hubspot triggers by first selecting the Modus trigger and tap the "Save" button:

     

  • Then select the Hubspot trigger and tap the "Save" button: 

     

  • Repeat the exercise until all of the required triggers are established.  Once set up, a comprehensive list of actions will appear on the Hubspot integration page:
