What Changed
Genie suggestions have a fresh new look and work differently now. Instead of text links, you'll see suggestion cards that include both Genie's built-in options and any custom suggestions your team has set up. These cards let you edit the suggested text before sending it, so you can make it your own.
How to use Suggestions
When you open a new chat, you'll see suggestion cards (three by default, or more if your administrator has configured additional ones). Each card has a title and description to help you understand what it does.

Using a Suggestion
- Click any suggestion card
- Edit the text that appears in your message box
- Send your message when you're ready
The suggestion text will appear in your input field, and you can change anything you want before sending.
See all your Suggestions
If your team has more than four suggestions total, click "See all" to browse the complete list. This view shows everything in one place, making it easy to find what you need.

What's Different
- Edit before sending: Suggestions now load into your message box first, so you can customize them
- See everything: Access all available suggestions, not just the first few
- Clear descriptions: Each suggestion explains what it does before you click
Custom Suggestions
Custom suggestions help you communicate more effectively with Genie by giving you proven starting points for your team's most common tasks. Your administrators configure these based on your team's specific workflows.

If your administrator has set up custom suggestions with template fields, use these fields to customize suggestions for your specific situation. This helps Genie provide more relevant responses.
