The new Bookmarks section gives sales reps instant access to their most important files directly within the CRM add-in. No need to switch tabs or repeat searches in the Content Hub.

This update brings your personal bookmarked content (files and stories) into your everyday CRM workflow, helping you work faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

What’s New?

With this feature, you can:

• Instantly retrieve files you’ve already bookmarked in the Content Hub.
• Stay focused inside Salesforce or MS Dynamics—no switching back and forth.
• Open, preview, or manage files right from the add-in.

Key Capabilities

• Personal Bookmarks Only
  Bookmarks reflect only your personal list from the Content Hub.
• Direct Access to Files & Stories
  Each item opens directly in the plugin or in a new tab (depending on your choice).
• Sorted by Most Recent
  Your most recently bookmarked items appear at the top.
• Responsive on Desktop & Mobile
  Fully compatible with both desktop and mobile CRM views.

Where to Find It

In the CRM Add-in, the Bookmarks section appears as the last item under the “Company Library” section.

Admin Controls (CRM Admin App)

CRM Admins can:

• Enable or disable the Bookmarks section.
  
  
• Customize the title of the section (up to 30 characters).
  
  
• Edit the optional description (default: “Your bookmarked content”).
  
  

Preview Experience

• Previews work exactly like previews in other parts of the add-in.
• You can choose to open in a new tab for full-size viewing.
• Download and share functionality will be introduced in upcoming updates.
  
  

Getting Started

1. Update to the latest version of the Bigtincan CRM Add-in.
2. Enable the feature in the CRM Admin App (or request your admin to do so).
3. Bookmark content in the Content Hub (files or stories).
4. Access bookmarks directly from the Bookmarks section in the CRM Add-in.
