June 9th, 2025

Android and iOS Updates

  • Updated Authentication Flow: As part of our commitment to improving security and user experience, we’ve updated the look and workflow of our Login page. This new design includes enhancements to make signing in easier and faster for you.
    • The Login page now has an updated design and layout to give you more ways to sign in quickly. The updated layout makes it easier to choose between different login methods, and the streamlined interface reduces the steps needed to access your account.

  • The initial login screen looks similar to the previous version, select ‘Sign In’ to start the authentication process.

  • The new login flow allows users to enter their Email address, or select Custom sign in options

  • Once you enter your email the login screen knows which organization you are logging into displaying your company’s logo and brand color.

  • For customers that have set up custom sign-ins, users can go to this Custom Sign in tab and enter the code/domain that was set up.

  • You will then get to your company-specific login page and see the SSO options that have been configured. You can also use your email from the initial login page to get to the custom sign in options.

Android Updates

  • Support for new Search behaviors
    • Deduplication of Search Results: When identical files are uploaded to different locations within the platform we will now combine all of those locations together in a single result within the search results page. • Google file formats have been added to the File Type filter list in Search.
  • Sharing Updates
    • Adds support for displaying Viewer location data in the Viewer Insights section of the Share Details page and the People section of a Digital Sales Room. If you’re interested in enabling location data please reach out to your account manager or customer success representative.
    • A confirmation modal is now displayed when users attempt to add multiple files to an existing Room informing them which files were successfully added and which files were unable to be added due to settings blocking them from being shared.

    • When viewing an Email Share, recipients who have not viewed the share will be added to the recipients list in a new section of the Recipients tab titled ‘Not Viewed’ so users can clearly differentiate between who has accessed the content they’ve shared and who has not.

    • Enabling ‘Allow Comments’ in Platform Configuration > Sharing > Room Defaults now automatically enables the access form setting so admins don’t have to manually configure both settings.
    • Enabling 'Allow Comments' when creating a share in the share modal now automatically enables the access form setting so users don’t have to manually configure both settings for a share.
      • Access Forms are required when enabling Comments in a share, but Users can still select their preferred Access Form if more than the default form is available to them.
    • The 'Add People' workflow in Digital Sales Rooms has been redesigned with a cleaner interface and fewer steps to create new contacts.
    • When auto-update is enabled for Digital Sales Rooms, deleting a file from a Story automatically removes it from all associated Digital Sales Rooms, keeping content synchronized across platforms.
  • Pitch Builder Improvements

    • Adds support for Image, Doc and XLS file types to be used when creating a Pitch on the Web app, bringing file type parity to Pitch Builder across all platforms.
  • Publishing Improvements
    • Publishers can now control file downloads independently from sharing permissions.
      • Previously, download ability was tied to share permissions - Optional and Mandatory status allowed files to be downloaded by internal users.
      • Now, a dedicated "Allow Downloads" toggle gives publishers granular control over file downloads
      • Publishers can now allow file shares without allowing downloads, and block share while allowing downloads.
      • Existing files with Optional/Mandatory sharing will have downloads enabled by default, Blocked files will have downloads disabled by default

  • Speed up content creation by copying published Stories as a new draft. We are introducing the ability for publishers to copy existing Stories.
    • How it works: Open the more options menu in a Story and click "Make a copy" to create a new draft with the same structure, layout, and settings..
    • Permissions: Users who have ‘Publish’ permissions within a Channel will always be able to Copy a Story. Users who have ‘View’ permissions within a Channel will need a configuration bundle setting enabled to use this feature.
    • The configuration bundle setting ‘Can Copy’ allows users to Copy any Story they have permission to View.
    • Copying a Story creates a new independent Story - changes to the original won't affect the copy.

Updates

  •  New Feature - Restrict User Visibility

This feature enhances data security, supports compliance, and fosters trust in shared environments.
    • To enable this setting navigate to Platform Configuration > Configuration Bundles > UI and enable the setting Restrict User Visibility - Groups.
  • Public API Improvements
    • Added permanent IDs to Tabs in Page Templates. Those IDs are now available in the public API.
